It’s the most wonderful time of the year…

WinterHere we are, in the last month of 2013. Today’s a very high energy day being 12-12-13. I thought I would guide you out of 2013 and into 2014 by giving you a list of ways to reduce your stress and take better care of your self. I hope you all have a wonderful happy, healthy time of year surrounded by those you love. Remember that this time of year is a time to turn your focus inward and be still and listen to your heart, get out of your head! Get into your dance with the universe, get back into the rhythm with the season. Some ways to do this are: Breathe deeply and slowly, Go for a walk, stretch alot, Start a gratitude journal NOW, concentrate on the positive things that are going on in your life right now, Listen to soothing or uplifting music, eat healthy foods, just for today…add a fruit and vegetable, take a meditation class or listen to a guided meditation online, meet up with a friend, treat yourself to a reiki session, schedule a massage, and most importantly, Smile. Smile alot and Laugh. Laugh at yourself and don’t take yourself so serious. It’s a magical time, get back in touch with what the reason for the season is really about.
