What is energy medicine?

In the late 1990s, the National Institutes of Health, the official arm of health policy and implementation in the United States of America defined areas within Complementary and Alternative Medicine through five subdivisions. The field of vibrational medicine, sometimes called energy medicine, seeks to use the vibrational energy generated by and around your body to optimize your health.

What is the importance of meditation?

You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace.

How do you tap into my energy?

The energy that therapists tap into when they do energy work is called universal energy, or life force energy. As creatures of the earth, we each have an energy field (also known as an aura), just like all animals, minerals, and plants. In fact, quantum physicists point out that the matter of which we are made is actually a form of energy. In other word they say we are energy. The fact that our bodies have substance and weight is because our energy is very dense.

A therapist can work on a client’s behalf by receiving this universal energy with a healing intention and using it to benefit him or her physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually.
